Fitz & Griff Sauna Co ("Manufacturer") provides this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of the Cedar Barrel Sauna ("Product"). This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [1 year] from the date of delivery.​

Warranty Coverage:

• **Materials and Workmanship:** The Manufacturer warrants that the Product, including all wooden components, assembly hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Heating elements have a manufacturer warranty by Harvia

• **Parts Replacement:** The Manufacturer will replace, at no charge, parts found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

• **Repair Services:** If repair is required due to manufacturing defects, the Manufacturer will either repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or, at the Manufacturer's option, replace the Product.

Exclusions and Limitations:

• This Limited Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, alterations, exposure to harsh chemicals, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or use for commercial purposes.

• The Warranty is void if the Product is moved from its original place of installation.

• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading, is not covered.

Limitation of Liability:

• Under no circumstances will the Manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.

• This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia.

Warranty Period:

• The Warranty Period for the Cedar Barrel Sauna is [1 year] from the date of delivery.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

1: ELIGIBILITY

The FITZNGRIFFSAUNACO. Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Vancouver Island. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and legally reside on Vancouver Island.  Employees of Fitz n' Griff Sauna Company & Fatboy Painting n Landscaping Ltd. (The "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and agents (collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2: PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on 03/15/2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

You will receive one (1) entry for every $100.00 CAD spent on eligible to purchases a Cedar barrel digital picture

at www.Fatboypnl.ca/sauna (the “Website”). You will receive one (1) entry for every $100.00 CND sent via e-transfer to z.fitzgerald@fatboypnl.ca on and receive (1) a Cedar barrel digital picture.  E-transfers send to Z.Fitzgerald@Fatboypnl.ca must include security question: “What is the Island we live on?” and the answer: “Vancouver Island”.

B: No Purchase Necessary – Mail-in Method of Entry.

To enter the Giveaway without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, province, postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime telephone number including area code.  Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with Canada Post express postage affixed to: 1706 Knight road Comox, British Columbia, Canada.   Your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 25, 2024, and received by April 30, 2024 to be eligible for the random drawing. Each mail-in envelope will count as 1 entry, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements. Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

4: RANDOM DRAWING

A random drawing to select one Grand Prize winner will be conducted when all 100 entries are received. The random drawing will be conducted by Zach Fitzgerald and Justin Griffiths.

5: WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone by the Sponsor and will be required to complete  a prize acceptance form.  In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules or is unable to claim the prize as specified, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. Only three (3) random drawings to select an alternate winner (if necessary) will be conducted, after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded. The Barrel Sauna is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Promoter’s discretion. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [3] business days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Raffle, you understand and agree that the Promoter, anyone acting on behalf of the Promoter, and the Promoter’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Raffle, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

7. Terms & Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Raffle should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Raffle.

8.  Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any giveaway or any portion thereof.

9.  Social Media Platform Regulations

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social network.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and the Raffle are governed by Canadian law.
